GBRS Group 2.91 FTC Magnifier Mount

Utilizing UNITY Tactical’s revolutionary Flip-to-Center technology, the 2.91 FTC (Flip-to-Center) brings any magnifier to the 2.91 height to pair with the GBRS Group Hydra Mounting Systems. The 2.91 FTC Mount employs a simple force-to-overcome mechanism and stows the magnifier below the optical sight plane and completely within the footprint of the weapon’s receiver when not in use. This eliminates the flip-to-side placement of legacy products, in which users receive all the benefits of magnification when required with no occlusion of sight pictures when stowed.

GBRS Group Lerna Mount Kit

Lerna is the first stand-alone optic mount designed for end-users that offers a 2.91” Optic Centerline for faster target ID, regardless of gear/equipment obstructions, ie. EarPro/Comms headsets, Gas masks/CBRN, and Night vision use. A higher Optic allows for a more athletic posture and “Heads up” attitude that enables the end-users to maintain a vertical spine which translates to body armor or “presenting plates” to the threat. This “Heads up” style allows for faster processing speed and increased situational awareness.

The SKIFF laser riser allows users to mount their laser directly to our Night Height Micro mount, removing the need for a modified grip on 12.5″ and shorter barrel platforms. This allows the use of pressure pads and tape switches on the rail without blocking the laser functions or causing direct shadowing.

Modlite – Modbutton™ Lite (NGAL/LA23)

ModButton Lite is a smaller lighter weight cousin to the original ModButton. The switch features the same momentary only activation as the original ModButton. It also features the same high power cable and switch from ModButton but in a slightly smaller package without the integrated mount. The switch is made from injection molded plastic and fully potted to provide extra degree of protection in harsh environments and ensures a durable long lasting switch.

The N-GAL/LA23 variant is our same Modbutton Lite, but utilizes an L3/Harris OEM 7” cable lead, making it compatible with the L3 Next-Gen Aiming Laser (NGAL/LA23) currently in use by SOCOM and other Federal agencies. We have no documentation on compatibility with other IR aiming lasers. It is only available in 7” lead variants in Tan color.

The package includes the switch PIC mounting rails and mounting hardware only no tail cap is supplied. Additionally an adapter is also available for MLOK rails here.

Install torque for rail grabber bolts is 5 Inch-lbs

Modlite – ModButton™ Lite (Dual Lead)

The laser plug is compatible with PEQ15, DBAL, BE Meyers® MAWL and Wilcox® RAIDx lasers ONLY.

The Dual Lead variant is our same Modbutton Lite, but has both a Surefire®/Modlite and Crane Laser lead. This Modbutton Lite activates both leads simultaneously, allowing for an excellent vis override functionality of both white light and visible laser. There is no way to select a single lead for activation. For that, we recommend the Unity TAPS SNYC. Available here.

ModButton Lite utilizes a patented Unity Tactical design which supports power delivery needed by the next generation of high output weapon lights like Modlite. A Unity-built Surefire®compatible cable lead allows ModButton Lite to be backwardly compatible with all Surefire®, Arisaka, and Modlite Scout bodies as well as Surefire UE and DS00 tail caps. If constant on is a requirement we recommend using a SF DS00 tail cap which can be found here.

One problem that exists today is older legacy switches are not able to pass the current needed to run current and future generation lights. These older switch designs do not allow Modlite light heads to run at full power. Typically these switches reduce output by 15-20%. ModButton Lite utilizes an updated plug design as well as improved electronics that allow the ModButton Lite to output at full power so all the lumens and candela can be put to good use.

The package includes the switch PIC mounting rails and mounting hardware only no tail cap is supplied. We recommend the Surefire UE or DS00 tailcap which can be found here. Additionally, an adapter is also available for MLOK rails here.
