GBRS Group Assaulter Belt System V3

The GBRS Group Assaulter Belt utilizes a 2 belt system to create a lightweight, flexible yet rigid and stable platform to attach equipment, holsters, and accessories. This is done by using Type 13, 1-23/32” belt webbing (7000 lbs tensile strength) as the base, with a field of PALS webbing, laser cut from a semi-rigid woven thermo-polymer (patent pending). This ensures that your equipment is always secured to something rigid while allowing the belt to remain lightweight and comfortable. To round it off, we double “W” stitch the webbing to a load-rated, 1.75” AustriAlpin Cobra buckle with a D-ring for attaching helo lanyards and other equipment. The outer belt has an inner facing of “loop” style Velcro, to attach to a low profile “hook” inner belt. We did this because hooks should never be worn towards the body, especially in such a high-wear area (belt line).

The inner belt system consists of a low profile “hook” inner belt with a single layer of 1.5″ scuba webbing. This results in a system that doubles as a non-metallic EDC belt and is a comfortable and convenient way to cover the abrasive hook portion of the inner belt when flipped inside out. The single layer of scuba webbing allows for a rigid surface for IWB holsters to secure firmly.

The Modular Holster Adapter Leg Strap Kit attaches directly onto the True North Concepts MHA, and for the first time in the history of holsters allows the shooter to choose a custom height where the leg strap sits. By attaching the special polymer leg strap bracket onto the MHA, the leg strap will sit below the bottom edge of the MHA, flush with the bottom of the MHA, or lightly above. Additionally, the shooter can choose the best position for their individual body size and comfort, custom tailoring their setup to their own specific needs. Each Leg Strap Kit includes the specialty bracket designed specifically for the MHA, all necessary attachment hardware, and 1″ wide Milspec nylon/elastic leg strap featuring a quick-detach Fastex buckle. The minimalistic leg strap provides a generous amount of flexibility, and it is recommended that the user try out several height adjustments to see which is most ideal before securing the hardware with thread locker. The Leg Strap Kit’s specialty bracket is designed to fit a wide array of legs straps, and is cross-compatible with wider, thicker straps such as those from Safariland, Blackhawk, Ronin Tactics, etc.

True North Concepts – Modular Holster Adaptor (MHA)

The True North Concepts Modular Holster Adaptor (MHA) is designed to eliminate the unwanted movement, flex and sliding common to factory polymer belt adaptors by clamping the belt between an aluminum adapter and aluminum belt bars. This clamping force in conjunction with the material, 0.190″ thick domestically produced 6061-T6 Aluminum, creates a ridged, flex free platform for holsters.

The MHA supports the popular “Mid-ride” mode of carry to lower the pistol below the shooters belt line, allowing their holster system to clear body armor and pouches. This adapter fits all “three-hole” pattern Safariland type holsters, and other brands of holsters that use this proven method of attachment. It also supports the use of many commonly used quick detach holster systems such as the QLS, MLS, ELS, and others. Holsters mounted to the Modular Holster Adaptor will accommodate 10° of forward cant and 10° of negative cant for a total range of 20° degrees. The adaptor provides three height mounting points, set 1/2″ apart, descending from the top mid-ride mounting point. This allows the user to custom configure their holster’s cant and height based off personal preference and body size/type.

The Modular Holster Adaptor includes two belt mounting bars which are sized and spaced for use on MOLLE type battle belts, by threading each bar through the belts PALS webbing. This application works extremely well on the current narrow, minimalist type battle belts used throughout SOCOM and other communities, such as those belts from GBRS Group, Ferro Concepts, Blue Force Gear, AXL, Ronin and Tyr Tactical to name just a few. Alternatively, these mounting bars can also be directly bolted onto any standard trouser belt or gun belt up to 2 ¼” wide. When properly installed on your gun belt, the adaptor will not move. When properly installed, all unwanted movement, slipping and sliding of the holster will be removed. The Modular Holster Adaptor also includes top mounting points for using a wide array of popular quick release belt mounts such as the Tek-Lok and polymer MOLLE type hardware, such as the MALICE clip. Each Modular Holster Adaptor comes with a complete hardware kit of various sized screws, posts, spacers and thread locker for mounting.

Note: Please confirm placement of your holster and location on your belt, and once satisfied with the configuration, USE THE INCLUDED THREADLOCKER on all screws to ensure everything stays put. Extended travel in aircraft produces vibration known to back out screws on weapons, the MHA is no different. USE THE INCLUDED THREADLOCKER, especially if you are in the profession of arms.

Ture North Concepts – The Racker: One-handed Pistol Manipulation Tool

“The Racker” is designed to avoid the extreme damage done to holsters during one-handed pistol manipulation drills. The commonly trained technique of catching the rear sight of a pistol on the curved top edge of a holster is both precarious and often damaging to the holster. Alternatively, some shooters choose to rack their pistol’s slide off of their belt buckle, which can damage the firearm’s rear sight or the lens of mini red dot sights.

The True North Concepts Racker provides a level and robust edge that captures the rear sight and facilitates racking/charging the firearm, with one hand. The Racker is constructed out of high strength polymer, and will wear instead of damaging your sights or firearm finish. Avoiding damage to your firearm is important, and for this reason The Racker was designed.

The Racker mounts to any belt up to 2.25″ wide and will also thread through MOLLE/PALS webbing. The mounting bar is the same pattern as our proven Modular Holster Adaptor, is cross compatible with the MHA mounting bars.

Since the “The Racker” is designed for one-handed pistol manipulation, it works for more than just the tactical use of one-handed pistol manipulation drills, as is taught for a “wounded” limb. It can also be used to enable a person with certain disabilities to operate a semi-auto pistol with one hand, such as those with limited or non-existent mobility in one limb. It can bolt directly to any desk, cabinet, shelf, workbench, wheelchair or nightstand to assist in chambering a cartridge for individuals with mobility or dexterity issues.
